Domestic (In-Stock) Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST (M-F) will ship same day.  All Domestic (In-Stock) Orders placed on the Sat/Sun will ship on Monday.


How long will it take to get my order?
UPS Ground orders to the East Coast (as far North as Virginia) should arrive within one to two business days after leaving our warehouse. Allow up to 5-6 business days for orders to the West Coast. We offer pickup service at the warehouse location ONLY.  You will need to call to arrange pickup and a time to make sure your product is in stock prior to arrival.

                 


Can I ship my order to an International destination?
We currently deliver to many International destinations, via FEDEX International Economy Air (3-4 day) delivery. The countries available are built into the order form and can be selected when checking out. 
Etailgifts' shopping cart does not calculate the International shipping rate. Customer Service will contact you via email to verify the International Shipping Address and determine the correct freight rate for each order. A revised order will be created and emailed after receiving approval.  FEDEX International Tracking will be emailed after the order is shipped. Etailgifts is not liable for International duties and taxes requested or collected at time of delivery.  Most countries do not require these fees when receiving packages shipped using FEDEX.  Please inquire with your local FEDEX carrier as to the regulations in your area when receiving packages from the US to determine what if any charges will apply.

Do you ship to PO, APO and PPO Boxes?
We currently deliver to US Post Office boxes, APO, and FPO boxes via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be the same as the standard ground freight charges that appear on the order form.  Delivery normally takes 10-15 working days to arrive.
 

What methods of shipping are available?
Standard US Ground shipping uses UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless you request an Express Shipping method below for your order.
 

Standard Shipping Exceptions: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO addresses will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and are being delivered within 15 business days.

You may also email, Chat or call Customer Service for UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Normal USPS Priority Mail arrives to these states in 15+ days.  The rates are published below.
 

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our shipping fees are calculated automatically for Ground Shipping and will be displayed when you proceed to the check out page. Other Shipping Rates will be adjusted depending on your delivery needs.

How long will it take to get my order?

How will I know when my order was shipped?
An automatic UPS, or USPS shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order ships, including the appropriate order tracking numbers, anticipated delivery date and a link so that you may track your package directly through UPS, or USPS.  Tracking is not available for USPS Priority Mail Shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

How can I track my order?
You may track your order using the provided tracking numbers in your confirmation email through the UPS web site, or USPS web site.

Will my order be shipped complete?
Orders will be shipped complete unless an item in your order is on out of stock. You will be immediately notified of the item, and given a choice of shipping incomplete or waiting to ship complete. All will be verified before proceeding with shipping of your order. If your order requires multiple cartons, your order will be shipped at the same time.
