PRIVACY POLICY

It is Etailgift's policy to respect the privacy of its Users and of personal electronic communication. Etailgifts.com will not share a Users' email address or other specific personal information (e.g. name, address, age) for marketing purposes without such User's consent. Users' profile information (e.g. age, gender) may be used to create personalized content, services, and advertising on or related to Etailgifts. Etailgifts may also use Users' profile information to create aggregate reports. Such profile information is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information.

User expressly agrees that use of Etailgifts is at User's sole risk. Neither Etailgifts, nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers ("Providers"), merchants ("Merchants"), sponsors ("Sponsors"), or the like, warrant that Etailgifts will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Etailgifts, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through Etailgifts.

Under no circumstances shall Etailgifts or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing Etailgifts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Etailgifts, including but not limited to reliance by a User on any information obtained from Etailgifts or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to Etailgifts' records, programs, or services. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through Etailgifts. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction with our merchandise is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 770-753-4210 from Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm EST.  Etailgifts must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise by email to customerservice@etailgifts.com in the event your merchandise is damaged or missing.  Customer service will email you back with a "RMA" or Return Merchandise Authorization code.  Credit issued will not include original freight.  Your merchandise must be returned in original condition, repacked in its original box including the packing slip and shipped prepaid to the following address:
